Welcome to Penthouse Perspectives, newly renovated for 2026. Vacation in our stunning two-story oceanfront penthouse condo offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Watch sunrises over the sand and sunsets over the bay from two oversized wraparound balconies. Come enjoy time at the beach in our seaside oasis! All4One is located on the semi-private beach of Croatan in Virginia Beach. This means that although you are but a bike ride away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk, you also have the beach to yourself in a quiet neighborhood setting- best of both worlds right? We certainly think so! My grandma built this home in the 1960's and my husband and have called it home for over a decade. Come enjoy your stay at the beach at our home!

This is an oceanfront 1bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with balcony or walkout patio at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This unit features a bathroom with tub.shower, kitchen, dining area, living room with pull out sofa, oceanfront bedroom with queen bed. Six foot deep balcony or patio.. Unit is assigned based on order of check in and preference. Beach chair use, bike use, and aquarium admission is available when arranged in advance with me as your host This is not a resort amenity.

This penthouse is on the 6th floor of the Days Inn Motel and is across the street from the beach. Enjoy the pool (mid April-Sept) and gym on the 1st floor. It's located in the resort, close to many activites,shops and restaurants. Beach Coffee downstairs makes the best Avocado toast and Acia bowls and of course coffee! Il Giardino Ristorante is next door and offers upscale Italian dining. Bike/surrey rentals are close by and enjoyed along the oceanfront on the bike path.
