The house is located near the lake, where guests may enjoy swimming as well as use the floating footbridge for sunbathing or evening time. House has a shower, toilet, sink. Grill is available. No wi-fi, mobile network connection is poor (1/5) The house is rented in as-is condition with no special preparation after family stays. House should be left clean with no trash. On 1st floor is first bedroom with bathroom (shower) and open style bedroom with a balcony. On last floor is last bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed, on this floor is one more bathroom (bath) and box-room with washing machine and closet.
