Ft. Myers Quaint Getaway! Minutes from Beach!

My condo is close to the beach, NOT on the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.

The condo has a full-size Fridge, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, coffee pot and Comcast WIFI with voice command viewing selection. Groceries, drugstore, waterfront dining, shopping <3 miles. A very quiet neighborhood with bike paths & public trans. Condo has full-time residents next to this unit. Loud activity isn't tolerated; especially during the quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The listing shows it is for 4 guests; but a sleeper sofa is available for 1 more in the living room.

Due to hurricane Ian, the courtyards and tennis courts are under repair. Pools are open. 2 of 4 entrances are open. Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.

Oceanview condo with the Gulf of Mexico view and silky white beaches is available for your pleasure. Owner, not a rental agency managed condo. Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some.
