La Casa Blanca is located directly on Quisala Beach, so there’s no barrier between you and the ocean! This beach house, built in 2024, features 3 bedrooms (queen bed), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large outdoor area for dining and a small outdoor lounge. On the second floor, you have a spacious terrace with views of the sea and its one-of-a-kind sunsets. For the afternoon heat, you have access to the pool, and additional features will be added soon.

Villa Laguna is an exclusive private villa located in a secluded area of the Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve, offering families and groups of up to 22 people the opportunity to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of the lagoon. Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
