The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Lossivaremed, kohvikud, hinnatud restoranid, poed, Viljandi järv, muuseumid ja ajalooline vanalinn - kõik on 10 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter asub 1870. aastal punasest tellisest ehitatud maja esimesel korrusel. Sisekujunduses on lähtutud uuest ja vanast ning eksponeeritud on vanad punasest tellisest seinad.
