Private Family Villa with Pool & Gardens

A bright and comfortable detached house with a contemporary feel, and a lovely garden and saltwater pool to enjoy. Enjoy sea and sunset views from our two balconies at the level of the tree canopy, with outdoor barbecue and dining on the garden terrace. Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

Total capacity 10 guests (8 +2) in 4 + 1 separate bedroom. Checkin as from 4pm. checkout before 10am. Copies of all guests' IDs will be requested to be sent to local authorities (mandantory in Catalunia/Spain)

Completely renovated 17th-century house located between Barcelona and Tarragona in Catalonia's premier wine region of the Penedes but also just 10 min from the beach. It's ideal for walking and visiting the many wine and cava companies in the area. We've transformed the old house into a confortable, relaxing home that's perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families with children. Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Pequeña casa con vistas increíbles a la montaña y al bosque de Collserola, rodeada de naturaleza, tranquilidad y aire puro. Los senderos que recorren el parque natural empiezan a pocos metros. Es un lugar perfecto para salir a caminar y desconectar totalmente si eso es lo que buscas. Pero además el barrio tiene una excelente conexión de transporte público con el centro de Barcelona.
