The house is located on our family property so while the house and patio are private, guests should expect to see family members and ducks in the yard.

Casa Pequeña

An idyllic view above "Baia dos Pescadores" (Fisherman's Bay). From its perch, 100 meters to the Indian ocean you can take in the whole bay as your eye is drawn to Bazaruto's trio of islands in the distance – the best view in Vilanculos. After a two-year long term rental, the property has once again become available to stay (June 2025). The 5 bedroom house benefits from the sea breeze that channels its way through the bay ensuring you stay cool even through the hottest of Mozambican summers.

Enjoy tranquility and access to world-class diving, kitesurfing, fishing, horseback riding, etc. in the quaint town of Vilanculos and the pristine islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago. This self-catering beach house offers a private and secure feel with sea views and direct access to the beach via its own private path. Amenities include a pool, covered braai (BBQ), garage with rinse tanks and storage for fishing, diving, and kitesurfing equipment. All bedrooms with A/C and mosquito nets.

A stunning resort of self-catering villas. All bedrooms include linen, mosquito nets and fans. The kitchen features a gas stove, fridge/freezer & microwave. It is open-plan living. A mere 20 m from the beachfront. Built in the local vernacular of timber and grass. The lodge offers a freshwater swimming pool and a central lapa with barbecue facilities. The location is perfectly suited for boating, snorkelling, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and other water activities. 4x4 access only.

Beach Villa

Beach Villa is approximately 4 km from Villankulos. At the bottom of the garden is a private gate for beach access. Beach Villa is in a private secure estate of 14 houses with security, and Estate Manager Mel is available to answer any questions during your stay. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, the house is fully equipped for 11 people. All rooms are en-suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned with high speed Wi-fi. Generator backup to run the whole house.
