The villa is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 9. The host was incredibly proactive—he arranged a one-way airport transfer and even accommodated my last-minute request for a full-day driver the next day. All his drivers were friendly and took great care of the elderly members of our family. Communication was excellent—the host was very prompt in his replies and provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. A special bonus was the banh mi stall right outside the villa. It was so delicious that my family had it for four days in a row! Thank you to the host for such a wonderful stay. Definitely a five-star experience!

My friends and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period, and we had a lovely time in this beautiful property. It was impeccably pristine, the hosts and house keeper would reply immediately and were so attentive, and the property itself is absolutely astounding. The location is a 15 minute drive from the Old Town and Grabs are readily available. We wished to extend for an additional night and the hosts allowed with no problem, even with very little notice. Simply cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you so much for having us.

我们已经是第二次入住这个房间了，虽然这个房间的位置离开市区有点偏远，但设施和服务很棒，有些很美的花园和安静的环境，工作人员为我们准备的丰富且美味的海鲜及肉类烧烤，我们每天都很尽兴。

실제 사진과 똑같은 숙소입니다. 풀의 수질도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 그러고 호스트의 응대도 매우 빨랐습니다. 3박 4일간 있으면서 편안하게 매우 조요한 곳에 잘 지내다가 왔습니다. 무엇보다 시내에서 다소 떨어진 곳이라 좋았습니다. 2층 3층의 구조가 아니라 1층구조로 되어 있다보니 동반자들과의 소통이나 이야기 등 많은 것을 공유할 수 있어 좋았습니다.

여러명이 함께 즐기기 좋은 숙박장소입니다. 위치도 좋고 해변과 가까워서 좋은 장소입니다

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two months. I'm glad we stayed here, it was a tropical paradise, but there were a few annoyances. The Good: -The place is beautiful, the porch and yard are a wonderful private park like setting. Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and squirrels and listening to the waves was a delight -We really appreciated the small espesso machine, and laundry in the unit. Plenty of soap and shampoo, water provided every week. Cold AC and hot showers -It's near the Ham Tien market and a small supermarket. Dong Vui, Chez Oanha, and Gin coffee were our favorite nearby restaurants. The bad -It doesn't stay clean as the thatched roof results in a lot of dust/debris, insects, and geckos(poop) -The doors and windows don't have a good seal, or screens and so we always had a few mosquito bites. -Neighborhood noises(yelling, karaoke, honking) easily go through the thatched roof. I'm a wingfoiler but there were too many boats/nets to easily launch from here.

Staying at Clara’s place was an absolute delight! The space was cozy, stylish, and meticulously maintained. Clara herself is a fantastic host—warm, thoughtful, and always ensuring her guests feel comfortable. Everything was well-stocked, and the location made it easy to explore while still providing a peaceful retreat. I truly felt at home and would love to return. 엄청 친절한 Lucy와 Lan 덕분에 매우 즐거운 여행하였습니다. 매일 청소 서비스와 아침 커피 서비스도 좋았어요 궁금한 사항이나 식당 예약 등도 늦은 시간에도 친절히 응대해주셔서 너무 편하게 여행 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소도 방도 많고 깔끔해서 사용하는데 전혀 문제가 없었어요

일행들이 모두 만족했습니다. 깔끔하고 럭셔리합니다. 다만 냉장고에 판매하는 상품을 너무 많이 진열해서 일행의 식료품을 넣는데 불편함이 조금 있었습니다.

Lovely house. great pool. private pool/house with additional bedrooms makes this space suitable for a family + 2 couples or 2 families. great communication with hosts with lots of recommendations and quick responses to any requests. great location half way between hoi an old town and the beach. lots of food options within walking distance and easy to catch grabs if you want to go further afield. bikes supplied so you could explore paths through fields in all directions.

The place is very nice and spacious. We went as a big family and truly love the villa and the in-home entertainment the place has offered. I hope they will place some anti-slip mats in the jacuzzi and sauna room since the floor is slippery. In general, we love our stay and will definitely come back.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Il complesso è fantastico, ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi una splendida villa con piscina privata immersi nel silenzio e relax. Ringrazio Tramy per essere sempre stata molto disponibile, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della settimana. Mi porterò nel cuore un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto fantastico.

뒷산에 원숭이들이 현관 앞까지 오고 수영장 물을 마시고 갑니다 너무 귀여워요 수영장도 길어서 좋구요 침대 소파 너무커서 좋아요 놓고 온 것이 있어서 연락드렸더니 택배로 바로 보내 주셨어요~~^^ 편하게 잘 이용하고 갑니다~~^^
