The property is close to a nearby fresh market where guests can shop for fresh local foods or eat at Lao local food restaurants. The property is 8.5 km from city-center in a residential suburb. Guests trips into the city center are via hail riding apps.

We're located about 200m from Patuxay Monument and about 1.5km from Talat Sao. Situated in a mainly residential area, you'll have an authentic Lao style stay. There's also a couple of coffee shops nearby (The Rest, Kaogee Cafe, The City Coffee).
