Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Stock mit Lift. die Küche ist mit den nötigen Geräten und Utensilien zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist Hofseitig gelegen und hat einen Zugang vom Vorzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ladet zum netten Verweilen ein. Das Auto kann in der Garage im Hof geparkt werden. Laden des Elektrofahrzeugs gegen Gebühr an der Wallbox ist ebenfalls möglich.

Die 100 qm Wohnung befindet sich ausschließlich zu Innenhöfen Sie ist eine private, individuelle Wohnung mit geöltem Eichenboden, einer offenen Küchen und einem Wohnzimmer, das direkt auf eine Terrasse mit stylischen Dedon Möbeln geht. Die andere, sehr grüne Terrasse befindet sich einen Stock höher und das Schlafzimmer ist im unteren Bereich.
