It is well situated close to the seaside, and the main road. It was completed in May 2013 and has modern facilities. It is located on the 1st floor of the owner's house with its own access. The main bedroom is on the lower level with its own shower-room with toilet and access to the dining area. The two bedrooms on the upper floor both have access to a shower-room (with toilet) and a separate toilet. There is an out-door shower to rinse off after walking up the private stairs from the rocks/beach path. The kitchen is right by the dining area.
