The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Across from Horner Park, close to restaurants, shopping, UVIC, Mount Tolmie. Perfect for families or groups up to 8, dogs welcome. Can be combined with "Mid-Century Modern Apartment @ Horner Park" (sleeps 6) upstairs for larger groups. Only available May-August when the primary residents are away.

We are constantly upgrading our place and take a lot of pride in offering one of the cleanest place you stayed in.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that the owners live in on site in an adjacent building. This is their personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house. We have a golden doodle named Treble who may pop over for a visit.
