The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (sleeps 10) with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate the fussiest of travelers. Small weddings and events are welcome subject to approval and an additional event fee.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that the owners live in on site in an adjacent building. This is their personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house. We have a golden doodle named Treble who may pop over for a visit.

Parkside Family Apartment @ Horner Park

Spacious 3 bedroom + den, ground floor apt in a 1949 renovated house. Large kitchen, new appliances and French doors leading to the outdoor partially fenced area with table and BBQ. Across from Horner Park, close to restaurants, shopping, UVIC, Mount Tolmie. Perfect for families or groups up to 8, dogs welcome. Can be combined with "Mid-Century Apartment @ Horner Park" upstairs for larger groups. Only available May-August when the primary resident is away working.
