Down a quiet country road , nestled in peaceful farmland our curated tiny home awaits, with easy access to the Gippsland Lakes and nearby towns, it’s the perfect base to explore all East Gippsland has to offer. Visit Raymond Island to see the koalas, cycle the rail trail or sample the amazing regional food and wines. By night , soak in the outdoor tub and watch the stars come out as you sit by the fire sipping your bespoke cocktail. For breakfast, enjoy the supplied fresh eggs from our hens.

The Oak Studio @Birchwood Park Yarck

The Oak Studio is located in the quaint township of Yarck. The Great Victorian rail Trail which runs from Tallarook to Mansfield is directly outside the front door. The Oak Studio is a short stroll to the Yarck Hotel, Dindi Naturals, Bucks Country Bakehouse and The Giddy Goat Cafe. The Oak Studio is private, tastefully decorated with stunning views of the surrounding farmland and rolling hills. The 100 year old Oak tree outside the studio provides a beautiful canopy and spectacular outlook.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

The Tank - classic repurposed concrete water tank.

A classic repurposed concrete water tank on a working sheep farm gives the adventurous visitor a unique experience! The tank, adjacent to the shearing shed comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen bed. A large sliding glass window leads your eye to stunning views over the Gippsland Lakes. Attached to the shearing shed is a small kitchen and ensuite for guests exclusive use during their stay. A complimentary lamb pack for two to BBQ will be in the fridge on your arrival.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

The Bunk House

Come and stay in our cosy eco-friendly Bunk House at Top of the Range. Located on our beautiful 40 acre, regenerative hobby farm and Brumby Sanctuary, just 10min from Jindabyne and Dalgety and 40min to Thredbo and Perisher. Enjoy stunning views of the snow capped mountains and magnificent sunrises and over the Monaro Valley. Very peaceful surroundings and a chance to meet our beautiful Brumbies.
