Refined and Luxurious V&A Waterfront Flat

Unwind on the spacious balcony with canal views and seagull sounds. Outdoors and indoors living blend seamlessly via sliding double doors from the taupe refinement of the open-plan lounge. This apartment lies in Cape Town’s upscale Harbour District. Back-up battery to keep wifi and tv on during power cuts. Kylemore A has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Large bedrooms with ample cupboard space. Main bedroom opens up onto the balcony which overlooks the Marina. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher inside the apartment. Guests will have the entire apartment for exclusive use I welcome all guests to the apartment and share my local tips of Cape Town and surrounds. I live only 3km's away for any emergencies and guests are always welcome to text or phone me with any questions during their stay. The building is an easy stroll to the V&A Waterfront shopping complex with loads of great restaurants. It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.

Relax, Unwind, Recharge in a Stunning, Secluded, Quiet Guesthouse in Bishops Court, Cape Town

This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

This stylish and well equipped apartment is centrally located at Cape Town's waterfront district and is the perfect place to stay whether travelling for business or pleasure. The complex has 24 hour security, a restaurant, cocktail bar, rooftop pool and sundeck with incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains. It is located close to the CTICC & the V&A Waterfront is also a short 10 minute walking distance. The city bowl with its host of eateries, bars & coffee shops is also nearby.

Set high up in Harbour Bridge, this is a beautifully laid out apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. As you enter, you are welcomed into a classy reception area that flows out onto a fully equipped and integrated contemporary open plan kitchen and dining room area. The Lounge has an abundance of light with a large wrap around balcony that boasts spectacular views of the City, Lions Head and the Foreshore Canals. The building is not affected by LOAD SHEDDING :-) NO SMOKING ALLOWED

This sublime little studio apartment is a celebration of life's simple pleasures - lying in bed and listening to the ocean; reading stretched out on the couch; movie night on the sofa bed. It's also ideal for remote work with its strong and uncapped fibre wifi. Beautiful views of the Canal! Electricity 24/7. Perfect for the business person but also leisure. CTICC conference venue is a short walk away (4 min on foot). Sleeps 2 adults in 1 queen bed. Enjoy easy access to everything. The V & A Waterfront is a short distance from the apartment. You are able to walk on foot - it's a 15 minute walk. Peaceful setting on the canals. Enjoy the spacious patio overlooking the gorgeous crystal clear blue swimming pool and canals.
