Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Spacious and bright apartment on the 5th floor with an amazing view. The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. There is an elevator, which makes it perfect for elderly persons. We look forward to host you!

Lille morgenmad i køleskabet (1 bolle, 1 stk rugbrød, ost, marmelade, juice) Ligger i “Vestbyen”, hvor der er mange etageejendomme og byhuse, ikke så mange grønne områder, men til gengæld kun 5 minutters gang til fængslet. Vær obs på at vi ligger ret tæt på Vestergade 🚗 Udtjekning senest 11.00

Værelse med lille spiseplads, eget bad og toilet, the-køkken og privat indgang. Gratis parkering foran huset. Bybusser inden for 100m og 25 min. på gåben til centrum. Selv- ind-og udtjekning. The-køkken med køleskab, elkedel, mikrobølgeovn, tallerkener, kopper og bestik. Lejligheden ligger i underetagen i vores hus og der må forventes lidt støj fra familien. Efter aftale anvender vi måske vaskemaskinen i jeres badeværelse, når I er på tur i byen. Derudover har I lejligheden for jer selv.

Køkkenet er udstyret med køleskab, mikroovn, komfur/ovn, elkedel, kaffe, te og køkkenredskaber så I kan føle jer hjemme og lave mad hvis I ønsker. Lejligheden ligger 150 m fra Letbanen med 1 stop til banegården, 300 m fra bus, gratis parkering, have, tæt på skov og vand.

VELKOMMEN til et ophold i vores skønne lejlighed, som ligger i den fantastiske natur, lige op ad skoven og med flere søer i området - herunder kort afstand til Østre Søbad, hvor I kan bade året rundt. Der er også en sauna ifm. søbadet. Vi bor midt i Søhøjlandet og har en 10 minutters køretur til Silkeborg centrum. Der er 2 km. til Pizzaria og indkøb i Virklund. Der er wifi i huset, men intet TV da vi indbyder til ro og gode naturoplevelser. Der er gulvvarme i hele boligen.

Boligens beliggenhed ved Bassin 7 gør at du under dit ophold er tæt på havnebadet, caféer, restauranter, indkøb mv. Gå en tur langs promenaden, tag fiskestangen med ud på molen, hop en tur i havnebadet, se udsigten fra Lighthouse (142 m) eller spis på en af de mange nye restauranter og caféer i nærområdet.
