Spacious apartment with expansive water views. The large covered deck with day bed is the prime spot for catching the afternoon sun. Central city restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are all a short walk away. Buses, trains and ferries are also nearby. NO GROUPS/PARTIES. NO SMOKING. King bed, generous open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining, sofa, TV. Nearby bars and restaurants may mean music/noise, usually not disruptive once doors and windows are closed.

Stunning facilities on hand to enjoy ~ rooftop pool, fitness centre, tennis court, even a sauna. The apartment is very on trend with retro modern furniture and a super comfy bed! A sunny northeast facing balcony overlooks the Harbour Bridge and the Waitemata. You'll enjoy the space - over 70 sqm.

The Kiwiana suite has recently been refurbished to be a bright, modern space with accents of original Kiwi art from local artists. The one bedroom apartment features a spacious bedroom with Queen bed, a separate lounge with sofa bed, dining and kitchen area, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Help yourself to a morning coffee from the room's Nespresso bar or go for a morning swim at the rooftop pool and gym. There's also a sauna, spa, tennis court and restaurant on site.

Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area.
