Cozy Cabin Outside Bíldudalur A perfect place to unwind – This unique cabin invites you to completely disconnect from everyday life. There is no TV or WiFi here – just you, the stillness, and the breathtaking nature all around. Cook on a gas stove, grill over charcoal. Listen to birdsong and the calls of arctic foxes. The cabin is heated with a gas oven . It has both hot and cold water, heated by a gas water heater, and 12V electricity for charging essential devices. (Phone, laptop and speakers)

Small apt. with a view in Westfjords

Neðri Brekka is a 40m2 ground-floor apt. in an old house in Talknafjordur with a private entrance. It features a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The kitchenette has basic dining essentials but is for light meal prep only. Wi-Fi is provided. Guests can enjoy garden access and scenic views of beaches and mountains. Smoking, pets, and heavy cooking are prohibited. A small shop and two restaurants are within walking distance.

Take a breather on an ancient seabed, nestled between mountains and surrounded by wildlife. Enjoy a soak and sauna at the local pool (included) or venture out and find geothermal hotsprings nearby. Find yourself on a quick hike in the woods or on a mountain top. Hiking trails lead out from the campsite. Bird sanctuary adjacent. White sand beaches. Dynjandi, Látrabjarg, Rauðisandur and other sights within reach (1-1½ hour drive). Host is a former park ranger and available for information.

Our place is perfect for those that want to explore the Westfjords, with the three top destinations of the area within an hours drive. It is on the ground floor of our house, we live upstairs and are happy to provide information our guests might need for their traveling. The apartment is recently renovated and has great view over the fjord.
