It's a 1br/1ba cottage perfect couples. Quaint dog friendly(dogs only, no other animal allowed)guest cottage great for a stay-cation or work-from-home alternative. This beautifully updated one bedroom features a full kitchen, open living space and small dining area that can double as a work space! The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and dresser for your belongings with a large attached bathroom! Less than 5 minutes from Samford and Brookwood Hospital and 10 minutes to UAB and downtown in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from 65 in Homewood. The Lakeshore Trail is just across the main road and is wonderful for walking jogging or biking.

Cute bungelow with a great screened in porch offering the best sunsets in Birmingham! Clean and comfy with high quality bedding! Much better than your standard hotel room! Full kitchen (stocked with the essentials), washer and dryer, dining room (great for working on your laptop), full bathroom with shower/tub, and bedroom which also has patio access to overlook the valley! Sorry, we do not allow smoking, either inside the condo or outside on the patios.
