Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

It features an open concept living space, two guest bedrooms on the main living floor, a quint primary suite with private en-suite downstairs, a sauna and a deck overlooking a gorgeous lake. Enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful view of Lake Nepahwin. We hope you love our little piece of Heaven as much as we do :) Please be aware that our home is older and not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.
