The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Cozy Stay w/private entrance bathroom & kitchen

Enjoy a stylish experience at this central located, sought after area in Modesto! Minutes away from everything & walking distance to many stores. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), bathroom & bedroom, all to yourself! Please note that this unit is attached to my families main house. We have two dogs and my neighbors too, so noise level is not always quiet. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want your stay to be as comfortable and easy as possible. *

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. 1 bedroom above garage with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/ Cool system. SMART TV, no cable. WIFI available; password is on the box behind the TV. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Dishes, pans/pots, linens provided. 2 miles from 99 Freeway & downtown dining/ entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Welcome to our quiet and safe community in Mountain House. This one-bedroom studio with a full bathroom, washer and dryer for private use and a kitchenette is the perfect home for your stay in the Tracy area. Private entrance, Touchless self-check-in. Easy on and off access to I-580/205. Plenty of street parking. Good for business travelers, couples, and solo adventurers.
