The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

It is only a half hour from The Middlebury College Snow Bowl, and Lake Champlain.

Welcome to our Farmhouse! A 2.6 acre property one mile from Bristol Village shopping & restaurants, 20 minutes to Middlebury, 35 minutes to Burlington & Sugarbush. You are staying in the main house. The home is three stories, four bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, three living room spaces, two sofa beds and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We live on on the property with an outdoor cat & German Shepherd Jax. We are pet friendly with fee. * Steep stairs from 1st to 2nd floor.

Our newly built cozy and relaxing guest cottage is located in New Haven . It has stunning views and gorgeous sunsets!! Located just seven miles from Middlebury ,Vergennes and Bristol . All of which have great shops and restaurants! Close to many local attractions including ,Woodchuck Cider house, Lincoln Peak Vineyard, Ski areas, Hiking , rivers, lakes, restaurants and much more! Our goal was to provide guests with a home away from home! We feel our cottage offers that and much more.

A beautiful, newly constructed private studio apartment above the garage of an old stone farmhouse. Entrance is through the garage and up a flight of stairs to this cozy and spacious studio apartment. Apartment features a king bed, two twin beds (one pulls out), a galley kitchen, and beautiful views of both the Adirondack and Green Mountains. A large outdoor patio by our vintage red timber frame barn is available for guest use, and offers sweeping views of the Adirondacks.

Located right in downtown Vergennes, this home of a local kilnforming glass artist houses her collection of artwork--her own, work of friends and favorite artists, and also her own glass studio. It is steps away from fantastic local eateries, a brew pub and cidery, the beauty and power of the Otter Creek River and Falls, the Vergennes Opera House. Middlebury is a 20 minute drive, Burlington, 40. Straight shots on Route 7. About the same on beautiful back roads.
