It is a loft type studio apartment located in the centre of the city. The apartment is in one of the most beautiful renovated historical buildings in town, used to be a Telegraph building. All the windows of the apartment are to the south side looking in to a beautiful church of Soboras. No main street noises. Just outside the apartment you can find a public transport stop. Shops and restaurants are in the walking distance less then 5min. away Apartment has a free parking, TV, internet.

The apartment is in the centre of Kaunas, close to all the tourist attractions, theaters, and the old town. A big shopping mall is just around the corner, the Kaunas Žalgiris Arena is also at a walking distance. Easy to reach from the main bus and train stations. This modern loft-type apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable living. You will find all the necessary amenities, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer. The apartment has been fully refurbished just recently.

The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sodybai papildomai priklauso už 600 m esantis Neries upės krantas su nuostabiu vaizdu. Ant kranto įrengta poilsio vieta su kubilu, pirtimi (iškūrenimas kainuoja papildomai) ir erdia pavėsine su lauko virtuvėle.

Renovation was finished in January 2024. First flor super cosy apartment located next to a stunning river in a incredibly well kept and tidy town! There is also some beautiful nature closeby which could make for some lovely evening walks. NEW portable air conditioning to combat hot weather:) Just a short 15 minutes away from the Kaunas airport! There are two big supermarkets 500m away! And also a Lidl 700m away. There are 3 restuarants closeby (1km) which include a Hesburger.

Jei trokštate pabėgti nuo kasdienės rutinos ir praleisti laiką gamtoje su artimu draugu (-e), šeima ar solo, tai yra puiki vieta jums. Atvykę galėsite pasimėgauti erdvia terasa, su grilinimui reikalingomis priemonėmis, lauko tenisu, tinkliniu, krepšiniu, kubilu (paros kaina - 60 Eur, antros - 30 Eur) ar pasivaikščioti miško takais. Nuomojama tik ramiam poilsiui, vakarėliams - ne.

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 80€ and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.
