A warm and inviting cottage in the forest, yet close enough to the main roads making it accessible year-round. This incredibly charming getaway is just minutes from Tionesta Lake, Tionesta Creek, the Allegheny River, the Allegheny National Forest, and only 20 minutes to Cook Forest. Two acres of beautiful grounds with seasonal gardens, private trails in the woods, fire ring, and the world's greatest front porch and patio running the length of the house. Truly a special place with a relaxed pace!

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

The apartment is in our home, private entrance, but separate, private suite. Keyless entry through garage, billiard room, and down 5 steps. The bedroom has queen bed, double sofa sleeper in liv'g. rm. We have Wifi, Roku TV in L/R & B/R, bath, full kitchen with coffee. Also there is a “four seasons” Jacuzzi room, a swing/ wicker furniture to enjoy while watching birds/wildlife in the woods. A gas grill, fire pit and horseshoe pits for your use. Firewood, chairs and roasting sticks supplied.

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Farm Getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There are so many things to enjoy. The friendly Highland cows, goats, chickens and barn cats there is always entertainment. You can feed the fish in the large beautiful stocked pond or just enjoy the view and sit around or take the canoe out in the water. Your own fire pit to warm up. Take a long walk around 27+ acres. Heron's Landing is a comfortable lodging unit located above Woods & River Coffee, just one block from the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail. Located within walking distance to many amenities, the apartment overlooks the Allegheny River and offers a spectacular view year round. The apartment is located on a busy street in the South Side business district, and above a coffee shop, so please be prepared for the busy sounds of a town and cafe, though we do our best to be quiet in the early hours!

Recently renovated, Creekside Cabin has all the modern amenities you want in a secluded location that's convenient to everything Cook Forest and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on social media @creeksidecabin788 The cabin does not have WiFi and cell phone reception is spotty in the area. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
