Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

We’re a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, Ventnor Social, Walgreens, Whitestar liquor & restaurants. Just steps from the Margate border, a golf driving range, bay trails, fishing spots, and a nature reserve for stunning sunsets. This large 3 bedroom home has 5 cozy beds, front and rear out door areas, LOTS of amenities. Games, snacks and even toothbrushes if you forget yours!
