Charming Classic Villa Only a Few Minutes from Downtown

Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

La mia Reggia

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Ciao siamo Gabriella e Giuliano e, a REALmente due passi dalla Reggia in pieno centro storico nella zona pedonale, ti presentiamo il nostro elegante appartamento in stabile del '700 al secondo piano senza ascensore. L'alloggio è stato appena totalmente ristrutturato. Composto da living con cucina e divano letto, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno con maxi doccia walk-in, sistema di aria condizionata con due unità gestibili singolarmente. Wi-Fi di ultimissima generazione. Vi aspettiamo!

Bilocale Ristrutturato, comodo a tutti i servizi, pratico per la bellissima Reggia di Venaria, i Giardini Reali, il Parco La Mandria ed a circa 6 minuti dall'Allianz Stadium. Ideale se si vuole visitare Torino compreso il Centro storico. L'appartamento (2°piano senza ascensore) è composto da ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto (dotato di un materasso di 10 cm) angolo cottura con piano ad induzione, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Wifi (fibra) / Netflix/ macchinetta per il caffè Nespresso

L'alloggio ospita 3 persone. Culla, seggiolone gratuiti a richiesta. Non sono possibili pernottamenti superiori a 30 notti perché io uso saltuariamente l'appartamento per uso personale. Settimo piano, vista panoramica ed ampio terrazzo: tavolo e sedie per la vostra comodità all'esterno. Wi-Fi Fibra, Tv, piano cottura ad induzione, microonde, tostapane, macchina del caffè, bollitore, lavatrice, frigo,ferro da stiro, phon. A disposizione caffè, tisane, the, Succhi di frutta.
