Our third time back and we had a blast. House and property are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to get away with family and friends and spend some time out in nature.

We stayed here 3 months while our home was being repaired from smoke damage. Bobbi was wonderful and accommodating to our family and this air bnb was such a huge blessing to our family.

Main cabin PLUS the bunkhouse was a perfect combo for our group.

It was the perfect combination of cozy, clean and stylish. Beautiful on the river with large backyard and wooded area. Kristen was so helpful with all the questions I had ahead of time that helped us prepare for our trip.

The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here! We just wanted to get out of the city for a night for our anniversary and the barn was PERFECT! Our 2 year old couldn't decide if he liked it more outside or inside, because the space and games and toys were second to none (and the toddler accommodations were so appreciated!!) Instructions were clear and easy and it was overall a lovely, stress-free experience. Also the stars at night were breathtaking and Debbie made us the best cookies we've ever had in our lives ❤️

We enjoyed a very comfortable night here while we were in town for our son's wedding. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it so convenient for all 8 of us with room to spare. The house was spotless and there were many extra touches that made it cozy. I appreciated that extra blankets and plenty of towels were available. Highly recommend this location!
