Only 10 minutes from Titusville! Close to hunting game lands and stocked fishing streams. Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to other towns ( Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min).

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and recently remodeled home! The farmhouse boasts a gentleman’s room, kitchen, dining room, living room, and full bathroom on the first floor. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor with 2 full bathrooms. A third floor bedroom includes two queen beds and sleeps 4. The rental sleeps 10. The Farmhouse is located on a small 40 acre farm with a few animals along a country road.
