Modern villa with a sea view

There's plenty of space to reflect, reconnect, & relax in our spacious modern villa overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden, full of fruit trees & vegetables, chickens & cats. A landscaped terrace with a wood-fired oven & large table is perfect for gatherings at sunset. A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

Spectacular Villa, Swimming Pool

Welcome to our new villa in Foçaköy, Yenibağarası, Foça. You will have a great holiday experince in our villa with swimming pool. 4 bedrooms with A/C (Living Room has extra A/C), a huge garden, BBQ, Fireplace etc. Our staff will prepare our villa with high hygiene standarts and everything you need for your staying. Also our villa is next to our other villa 'Magnificent Villa with Swimming Pool' so if you have larger groups (more than 10 person), please ask us. Ask for transfers also.

Το Αrmonia Houses βρίσκεται στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό Τσόνια, το επίνειο του χωριού Κλειώ. Απέχει μόλις 50 μ. από την όμορφη παραλία, μήκους 500 μ., με την κόκκινη άμμο, τα κρυστάλλινα νερά, καθώς και τα μεγάλα αλμυρίκια, που προσφέρουν απλόχερα τη σκιά τους στους επισκέπτες. The Stone Studio built in 2019. Sleeping,sitting& kitchen areas are open and 2 large window doors lead to a spacious veranda covered by pergola. Studio & bathroom are accessible and are offered with a large double or 2 single beds. Cable internet & WiFi are free. Comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned, self catering holiday apartments with daily housekeeping, 1 minute from the beach, and a few minutes from Skala Eressos. For those wanting a quiet location next the beach this is the perfect place to stay & if you want to avoid the beach our large roof terrace is perfect to relax & enjoy the views!
