Lapland House is in northern Sweden, about 100km to the south of the Arctic Circle. It is a typical Swedish house and is right by a lake, in the quiet locality of Abborrträsk. You will have the feeling of being quite alone, but still have neighbours. The 250m² house on a 2100m² site and a detached double garage has two floors and a basement. The ground floor comprises a hallway, guest WC, kitchen and living room with air conditioning. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a little gallery. The basement has a modern bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and washbasin, as well as a generous entrance area and utility rooms. You can let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity and nature of Lapland on the generous, roofed veranda. In winter you are almost guaranteed to see unique northern lights. There is a sauna with a relaxation area and showers, as well as a fitness room in the communal house 50 metres away.
