Beautiful KVI Beach is a short walk, through a tree-lined neighborhood, from my cozy sunlit home. A 10-minute drive brings you to a new Center for the Arts, several individually-owned art galleries, two grocery stories, and a variety of regionally-recognized and locally-loved restaurants. My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. A peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

There is a fabulous view of Quartermaster Harbor from the cottage. Enjoy the comfort of a high-end Queen-sized bed and fine linens. Coffee and tea are provided to start your day, then the promise of island adventure awaits. Perfect for a romantic getaway, writer's retreat, or a place to rejuvenate. .

Vashon Clam Cove Cottage Waterfront with Views

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Comfortably furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full sleeper sofa, office desk, media center, fridge with ice-water dispenser, stove, curb-less shower, washer and dryer. Large sliding glass doors to a patio and 150' high cedar, madrone trees. Effortless access with no stairs or steps. Warm radiant water heated polished concrete floors, AC and plenty of ventilation.

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

Unwind from the hurly burly in this bright, cozy cottage. You'll find a spacious, full kitchen, living room area, and Queen bed. Enjoy coffee in a sitting area behind the cottage, or spend a relaxing evening there by the fire. Walk to trails, tennis courts, coffee roastery, and Vashon Center for the Arts. A mile and a half from the shops and restaurants of Vashon town. There's a pullout couch in the living room area. Full bath. 650 sq. ft.

Vashon Island is a beautiful, enchanting place and our guest cottage is in a uniquely gorgeous spot. Nestled above the water on a high bluff, the view literally takes your breath away; Puget Sound, Cascade mountains and sunrises that astound. It may be hard to believe an island paradise is so close to two major cities, but time seems to have stopped on Vashon. It's a magical place; come visit and let the spell work on you!
