Surfside is a contemporary home with fir floors, cedar ceilings and a wood stove for romantic nights. Relax on the deck while overseeing the ocean wildlife. This is the place to get away from it all!

While away the hours exploring tidal pools or enjoy the amazing view watching sea life from the deck. This rustic log home, styled like a chalet, is both cosy and stylish as it's furnished and decorated by an Interior Designer. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.
