Sophisticated Penthouse on the Edge of Old Town

Stylish and professionally decorated, with 2 bedrooms and open lounge with kitchen and foldout lounge/bed. The fittings and furniture showcase well known Estonian and European designers and many original restored items such as interior doors. The apartment has a clear view over the Port of Tallinn and the iconic Estonian Architecture museum in the historic salt store. Please be advised the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift access, so please consider this when making your booking. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults, and a maximum of 6. As well as 1 super-king and 1 king, the sofa and a blowup mattress or cot is available on request. Parking on request for 1 car directly in a well lit open car park behind the apartment. Our co-host Maria, will welcome you and will be available if any issues occur during your stay. As Estonians now living in London, Yuri and I welcome you to enjoy our apartment as much as we have since 2003. Set in a former vodka distillery, the flat is at the intersection of Tallinn's medieval Old Town, Ferry Port, and the Rottermani shopping district. A cinema, bowling alley, and spa are within walking distance, as are trendy stores and restaurants. Central Tallinn is walkable from the apartment. However, Mere Pst is directly on tram lines 1 & 2 taking you to either the International Coach or Train Stations. 5 minute walk to Tram lines 3 & 4 (to Airport) and the central bus hub at Viru Centre. Easy access to taxi rank, plus Uber and Taxify.

Charming central quiet little flat for 1-3 persons

My place is like a green oasis in the city centre: 20 minute walk to Old Town. It has a bedroom-living room with a four poster king-size bed and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for one, dining kitchen and toilet-bathroom. In the bedroom-living room you can light fire in the fireplace, watch TV, browse books or work with your own computer enjoying unlimited WiFi. In the summer you can have breakfast in the garden too. Ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Tallinn old town. Best location! Few steps away from Old Town main plaza (Raekoja Plats) and Main Square. There are 2 br, cozy livingroom with diningtable, well equiped kitchen Close to Viru Keskus and Solaris, 2,6km from port (A-terminal), 700m from rail station, and 4km from the airport. Best restaurants and Old Town gems are in walking distance, neraby is Telliskivi loomelinnak and Noblessner area. Taxi can drive very close to the house to adress Niguliste 2.

Architect's flat in trendy Kalamaja near Old Town

This building was completed in the summer of 2018. The 2nd floor 1BR apartment is finished with custom-designed modern nordic features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the farmers market Baltijaama Turg.

Quality Seaside Apartment

Kvaliteetses, maitsekalt sisustatud ning suurepärase mereäärse asukohaga majutuskohas on kõik käeulatuses. Korter asub populaarses Kalamaja naabruskonnas kus on jalutuskäigu kaugusel kohvikud, restoranid, Balti Jaama turg, Lennusadam ja Noblessner. Õdusa atmosfääriga koduhoovis on rahulik puhkenurk, trendikad pinksilauad ja mõnusad istumiskohad. Siin kohtuvad väärikas ajalugu, kaasaegne arhitektuur ja suurepärane asukoht. Naudi päikeseloojanguid mere ääres, Kalamaja melu ja vanalinna lähedust!

See hubane 37m2 majutuskorter asub vanalinna vahetus läheduses. Telliskivi loomelinnak jääb mõne minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusele kus asuvad rohked restoranid , pubid ja kohvikud. Toimub palju erinevaid üritusi. Läheduses mitu toidupoodi ja turg. Parkimine tasuta maja ees või hoovis. Trammipeatus kohe maja ees , hea ühendus lennujaama ja sadamaga. Rongi jaama jalgsi 3 minutit. Korteris kõik vajalik mugavaks majutuseks. Köök koos vajalike tarvikutega söögi valmistamiseks, pesumasin, WIFI ühendus.

Kalamaja Homestay

Welcome to a real home, not a typical 'rental'. Kalamaja (fish house) is a quiet neighborhood close the vibrant Noblessner waterfront, Telliskivi creative area and a 20min walk into old-town. The apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The quiet 1-bedroom faces the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system, guitar and a bike available for use.

Freshly renovated ground floor flat in a quiet area. Perfect location, walk everywhere! 2 min to Old Town, close to harbour and sightseeing. 10 min to trendy Telliskivi with all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Supermarket just around the corner. 10 min walk to main train station Balti jaam. The neighborhood is semi enclosed and very safe. Ran by a real local independent host. Fast WiFi and designated workspace in bedroom, ideal for digital nomads.
