The deck is a great to enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast or hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. During winter months, an AWD or 4WD is recommended.

Cozy cabin on 10 acres with beautiful views of Mesa Verde and the La Plata mountain range. Small pond with trout for fishing. Good location for birdwatching. Only 5 minutes to charming downtown Mancos, where the West still lives and artisans thrive. Less than 10 minutes to Mancos State Park and San Juan National Forest. In 15 minutes you could be at the Mesa Verde Visitors Center. Bring your adventure gear for the day and a book to snuggle up to the fire with in the evening. Everyone welcome!

Charming. comfortable, maximalist and quiet home with hot tub! Just north of town with easy access in the beautiful Animas Valley. 3 private units under the same roof. All have private entrances and no shared interior spaces. Pictures show your private spaces. A quick 5 minute drive to downtown Durango. The Perfect Place

This log cabin style house has great views, a grill and hot tub on deck, fenced in back yard, backyard chickens for fresh eggs, is walking distance to Lake Simpatico and two play grounds for children. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. there are many lakes nearby. The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).
