Meibol es una excelente anfitriona. Siempre pendiente de como hacerte sentir como en casa y si gatito adorable.

Estuvimos genial en la casa, equipada con todo lo necesario. Espe es muy agradable, contesta rápido. No nos faltó de nada. Muy recomendable.

Very nice stay

El piso está perfectamente equipado, de acceso fácil y muy funcional. Estuvimos visitando la zona mi pareja y yo y nos fue de maravilla. Muy recomendable.

Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto sind es trotzdem nur 10 min. bis nach Alcossebre. Der Blick über Land und Meer ist atemberaubend. Leider fehlte uns zur vorhandenen Waschmaschine eine Wäscheständer. Ein Highlight ist auch der Pool, schön groß und tief.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Fuimos para una noche y el apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Había de todo lo necesario y Silvia y Javier muy amables desde un primer momento y muy atentos.

Took my Mother and Aunty away for a few days sun in March. Weather was beautiful and the apartment was perfect. Great location and views of the sea. I would stay here again. Check in was easy and we were met by the host even though our flight was delayed. Other family members stayed somewhere else and wished they were in our location.

El alojamiento ha sido tal y como se anunciaba, todo en perfecto estado , muy limpio y ordenado. Daniel , el anfitrion, disponible en todo momento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que hiciera falta. Nos guardamos este alojamiento para futuros viajes por la zona.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue genial. El ático, especialmente la terraza en la azotea, y la ubicación justo frente al mar son un verdadero sueño. Me encantaría volver 🌸

Comfortable location, large apartment with everything you need. We enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

El piso es increíble. Fuimos siete personas y todos coincidimos en la apreciación. Las habitaciones y los baños están en muy buen estado. El salón comedor es excelente para poder compartir con la cantidad de gente que éramos. La atención de los anfitriones también fue muy buena, tomándose el tiempo para explicarnos y aconsejarnos lo necesario de la casa y de la ciudad. Fuimos para un evento de tres días, si volvemos el próximo año repetiremos, sin lugar a dudas.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in Alicante. Das Appartement hat uns fast wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Es ist groß und geräumig und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Ein schöner Ort, um von dort aus Alicante zu erkunden. Und als kleines Highlight der Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Perfekt! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

La anfitriona Reme muy atenta, siempre pendiente de cualquier petición. Nos explico dónde están tiendas, panadería, frutería... supermercados, nos estaban esperando a nuestra llegada. Nos enseño todo el apartamento sin prisas y fueron muy amables en todo momento. Ves la playa desde el comedor y luego hay una gran terraza donde además del mar puedes ver unos atardeceres preciosos. La zona muy tranquila. todo genial.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

Heerlijk penthouse appartement, super stil , geen herrie van buren of de straat , wasmachine en droger , eigen vak in de gratis parkeergarage onder het gebouw , rolluiken voor de ramen , dus heerlijk uitslapen in het donker . Schone en voldoende pannen etc in de keuken , Dulce gusto koffiemachine, op 3 minuten lopen en grote supermarkt met vers brood , op 1 minuut ben je op het strand met gezellige en lekkere restaurantjes, die ook begin maart open waren en gezellig druk . Fijn bed , voldoende handdoeken, ligstoelen op de rooftop , daar is zelfs een extra wc en douche en bbq . Op 15 minuten lopen fietsen verhuur waar je voor 10 euro goede Nederlandse sport fietsen huurt , waar je binnen een half uurtje fietsen midden in t drukke Valencia bent , maar vlak bij dit huis , genoeg barretjes en eettentjes dus wij zijn maar 1x naar Valencia gefietst . Heerlijk verblijf , snelle reactie van de eigenaar . Het is het witte hoge gebouw met het zwarte half ronde hek waar je moet zijn! Aanrader

Wonderful Airbnb in the best neighborhood in Valencia! The apartment is even more spacious than we thought, and it was cleaned to hotel standards— very pristine. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and was very comfortable. The bed had a new modern quilt on it, and was extremely comfortable as well. Jo was also a very great host, so I’ll definitely recommend this airbnb to others.
