The highlight of this place is its location by the Gore creek. Nature and wild life brings beauty to your experience It is very peaceful here and as secluded as you want it to be, yet conveniently located near to everything you might need. To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)

Our mountain modern cozy condo with views of the mountains in East Vail is steps away from the free Vail Shuttle that leads into the heart of town/lifts. This newly remodeled two bedroom features a beautiful kitchen, living room, and dining area. Flat-screen TV includes streaming services, free WiFi, and Free parking. The condo is surrounded by bike trails, hiking trailheads, and Gore Creek. Down the street are multi million dollar mansions at the base of the mountain and along the creek.

There is a year-round outdoor hot tub and a summer season pool for your enjoyment. The property is located 3.3 miles from Vail Nordic Center, 3.3 miles from Vail Golf Club and 39 miles from Eagle County Airport. The condo includes Wi-Fi, kitchen, toiletries and a Grocery store just 2 minutes away.
