The stay experience exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation would be to have a listing of recommended restaurants, beaches, boat rental places, etc to go see in both Marathon and key west. We visited key west and found out afterwards where we should have gone.

We took our two small children on vacation here. It was such a perfect sized unit for our small family. There were beach towels, pool & beach toys for our kids, a scooter, etc. having the pool steps away was also so nice to have as an easy, close-by activity! Very very safe & friendly “neighbors”. They also had a pack n play. The only thing we wish they had was a highchair (kind of tricky with a 1 year old at a high top bar stool seating). But we knew that going into it! With it being a gated community, it felt very quiet and we often took strolls with the kids around the area and watched the sunset from the public patio by the water. There were grills to use, an outdoor shuffle board, & lots of fun local places to check out and/or eat at. We drove to key west a few days, which was just over an hour. Again, such a great location to be away from the hustle & bustle, but still be able to explore and check out all the neighboring keys as well. Benjamin was so helpful with any questions

Our first stay at this property was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return! Francisco is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spotless, fully equipped, and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The outdoor area was a peaceful and inviting space, thoughtfully designed with a refrigerator, sink, hot tub, gas fire pit, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The soft lighting added a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for evening gatherings or simply relaxing under the stars. We especially loved the canal, which was incredibly easy to navigate and provided quick access to the ocean—a paradise for fishing enthusiasts! We even caught fish right in the canal, but the absolute highlight was spotting manatees from the dock. If you're looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

This was an awesome home for our family of 4 + dog. We felt right at home for the week! The pool was perfectly warm, and the kids had so much fun playing by the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it easily. Honestly, we hardly used the other amenities in the home because the weather was so nice, but if it rained we probably would have loved the game room too! Overall this was a great home for our family. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable, but the grocery store was just down a little footpath, allowing us to walk to get groceries as needed. Loved this!

We had an amazing time with our family and a beautiful Easter dinner with our friends. The location is perfect to travel all of the keys as it's just over an hour to Key West and Key Largo. The sun rose over the top floor guest bedroom with such a beautiful view of the water every day. Morning coffee with the view was awesome. Evenings spent wrapped on the couch watching movies with really nice big TV and unwinding. Sitting down by the water in evenings before sunset hanging with family watching niece play in sand was great too. Highly recommend.

This house is truly a gem! Its absolutely serene, and so tastefully done. Every consideration for places to sit and enjoy your family and the view were maximized! The primary bedroom/bathroom/closet was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and did I mention the view?! From every room! The other rooms were beautiful as well, and the home was so clean and clutter free! The location is perfect for activities and restaurants, but also very private and in a quiet neighborhood. I didn't want to leave!

Indira’s place was very clean and so relaxing for our family. We liked watching fishing boats come and go while sitting in patio. Marathon is a great place to visit with so many family friendly parks and attractions nearby. I recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! Easy to find, simple check-in and check-out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you will need to prep and serve your meals. The views are lovely and the patio is a wonderful spot to relax. The beds are really comfortable. The property was exactly what we hoped for. We hope to visit again someday!

Overall the stay was pleasant. The surrounding was peaceful and scenic. We saw many Key deers. The room was ok, but the bed was not comfortable. We saw a lot of new construction going on around the area, so may be better accommodation will be available in the future. Robin was always reachable and replied to every question quickly. Good for the buck.

We had such an incredible week at The Sandcastle Suite! Our host Ganit was amazing! She checked up on us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was so cozy and had a large “smart” washer, and dryer, which was very helpful as we packed light! We used the kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, ate downstairs at picnic table, turned on festival lights at nighttime, and even used the bbq grills by the pool several times. The location was prime!!! A few minutes from Sombrero beach, across the street from Walgreens, the dollar store, the bagel shop and the best Italian pizza food truck. Ganit made several recommendations for wonderful restaurants and places to visit! It was only an hour to Key West so we made a day trip there and 45 minutes to Islamorada. This place was truly an escape to paradise and has everything you need and more for a wonderful, memorable trip with friends and family. We can’t wait to go back!

Rhonda's place is terrific! Lovely location with full water views. Pool was excellent. The home was very comfortable, clean and convenient to restaurants and stores. Would definitely rent again.

Chris's spot in Marathon exceeded all expectations - the view from the balcony looking out onto the ocean was breathtaking with beautiful sunsets every night. Great restaurants nearby including a tikibar behind the property. 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marathon.

Great time, great location! Definitely would love to come back!

This was a wonderful place for my friends and I! We came here for a weekend visit to the Keys. We were surrounded by so much wildlife and many kind people. The place was very clean when we arrived and the beds were super comfy! I really enjoyed walking to no name pub that was down the road with my friends. Great vibes all around :)

We spent a week here and loved it, it was the perfect size for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and spotless. We loved to sit out by the water and watch the wildlife, jet skis and wind surfers. It's so peaceful around there. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. We hope to come back again sometime.

We will definitely be back. Great location to many attractions. Robin was a great host. Very responsive.

Fantastic stay for the price. Very peaceful place and the staff on property were very kind. The house itself was great. Robin gave us some great recommendations for things to try around the area.
