Drink your morning coffee on the private balcony. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, and all you need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this stylish apartment offers an unique stay!

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

Grocery store and a small mall is located just across the street and is opened until late night. There are the main restoraunts you can find in Rapla just few minutes walk away. In Rapla you can drive around with rentable scooters. Apartment is only 600 meters away from coach station.

Põltsamaa jõe ääres asuv ajalooline talukinnistu. Teie kasutuses on jõepoolne 75m2-ne privaatse sissepääsuga majaosa: elutuba, köök, 2 magamistuba, wc, duširuum, esik ja terrass. Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
