The flat is new, builded in 2018 in the very centre of Uskudar;the historical quarter of the Asian part of Istanbul.The flat is situated on 3 rd floor and building has elevator.From the center of Uskudar there is an easy access to the city highlights,mainly reachable in 20 mins by ferry or metro.The flat is fully equipped and it offers free coffee and tea , tv, playstation 2,a new air conditioner.

My Residence flat, which is 5 minutes walking distance from the center of Kadikoy, has everything for long and short-term stays. It is adjacent to the metrobus station and it is very easy to reach by all public transport vehicles 24 hours a day.

The exterior door of the building is specially coded and protected. Our room is designed to accommodate 2 people.

Our recently restored Little White House is in a 700-year old neighborhood called Kuzguncuk. It comfortably fits five with capacity to accommodate up to seven guests. It is centrally located on a quiet street a few blocks from the Bosphorus. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, terrace and easy access to a major transportation hub on the Asian side of İstanbul in Üsküdar.

The apartment is inside The Address Hotel with a private Residences entrance (floor G). Emaar Square Mall is directly connected via M floor.
