Lugar único a un paso de la playa! Apto con vista al océano y la Sierra, excelentes amenidades, Edificio nuevo construido en 2023, wifi fibra óptica, apto totalmente dotado, cuentas con 4 sillas y una nevera para llevar a la playa 🏖️;), parque para niños en piso 3. A 14 minutos del aeropuerto, sector residencial en sector rodadero Sur. Capacidad 6 adultos, se podrían aceptar 7 ( ya que en la habitación principal una cama doble tiene una cama sencilla nido). Mini Market en 1er piso del edificio.

Hermoso apartamento en RESERVA DEL MAR en playa salguero para 8 personas(3 habitaciones y estudio), con parqueadero cerrado, excelente ubicación, áreas comunes muy completas en conjunto residencial con salida directa a la playa e internet Wifi de alta velocidad. El apartamento está ubicado en playa salguero, la playa más cercana al rodadero pero mucho más tranquila y cerca a todo. A menos de 1 km a la redonda de diferentes establecimientos comerciales; restaurantes, supermercados, droguerías.
