Stone’s Throw Cottage, century old, recently modernized, 550 sq. ft. inside, 400 sq. ft. deck, on the LaHave River and it’s own oceanfront, private pebble beach. Located on quiet Pentz Road, on the beautiful South Shore. Two minutes from famous LaHave Bakery, enjoy a morning coffee, a harty lunch or fresh baked treat. Nearby historic LaHave ferry for a 20 minute drive to Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 15 minutes to Nova Scotia’s best white sand beaches, Risser’s, Crescent, & Green Bay.

Nestled in the woods, accessible year round. Very private & quiet. No hunting on this property but enjoy great fishing. Pizza & burger take-out just 10 min away. Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

Edgewater

Welcome to Edgewater. Our garden suite is a completely private,separate suite. Guests have their own private entrance. Overlooking gardens and lake, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. Listen to loons call as they locate one another on the lake. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.

Quarrie Cottage | Mahone Bay

This newly constructed Main Street cottage is steps away from all the main attractions, while also being set back from the road enough to give guests a private and tranquil place to retreat at the end of the day. We are just across the street from Saltbox Brewery, with a beautiful patio, frequent musical guests and visiting food trucks. The cottage itself is an open and breezy ,featuring French doors, rustic details and a cozy wood stove- making it suitable for getaways all year long!

Tucked away in the woods along side a babbling brook. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, BBQ your dinner overlooking the river, groove to our vintage record collection, keep toasty by the wood stove and float in the hot tub under the stars. This is a wonderful cabin experience you won't forget!

Discover the cozy cottages on sucker lake that offer a quiet place to relax and do some fishing wether its through the ice or from a boat when weather allows! Cottages have a nice southern exposure in the summer! Cottages are just down the road from big mush mush lake which has a public beach area and also sweet land beach is located a bit further down the road! We have lots of wildlife to see from a local beaver to bald eagles and cows grazing on the farm across the lake!

Burns Cove cottage is a spacious, fully equipped vacation home. The waterfront location makes it a prime spot to relax, view nature. It’s also a great location to bike/ hike/drive the Lighthouse Route and Rails to Trails. Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Chester and Bridgewater have some amazing local eateries, craft breweries, local wineries and lots of shops. A quick drive to the free ferry ride gets you to the LaHave bakery, crafts, pottery, art galleries and many beaches.
