You are surrounded by lush regenerating bush with diverse birdsong and wildlive while breathing in pure air or drinking spring fed water. This is a truly relaxing place in privacy, off-grid. Enjoy cooking in the funky kitchen, an open air shower or soak in the fire bath, or some quality time in our cosy hut. All this is close to Motueka, stunning beaches, Nationalparks etc

Bird's Nest – Charming Sunny Family House

Bird's Nest is a private sunny family house surrounded by a secluded peaceful garden with lots of trees and birds. A perfect place to relax and rest with your family while exploring the Abel Tasman Nationalpark, the Great Taste Cycle Trail or the Richmond Hills. The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

The Beach Bach

A classic kiwi beach bach. We welcome you to come stay on the boundaries of the Abel Tasman on our farm and amongst the nature and soak up the view of the Abel Tasman Foothills and Tasman Bay Ocean views. This is an old school 1 bedroom Bach with an amazing kitchen and living room centred round a cozy fireplace. Stay includes free unlimited Wifi with full kitchen and bathroom. The main reception is just 300m away for any help or local advise. The legendary Park Cafe is just down the road 100m.

The village of Upper Moutere is a 700m stroll or bike for coffee and local delicacies, visit the oldest pub in NZ for a great selection of craft beers. Restaurants, wineries and galleries are all within close proximity. Stop, relax and immerse yourself in nature.

Harakeke was built to provide a luxury self-contained private retreat for guests to enjoy the surrounding country tranquillity with some spectacular mountain views. The living room with kitchen, a bar fridge, inbuilt sound system and gas fire is designed for relaxing. Neudorf Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Neudorf Cottage. Set back down and long gravel driveway off the main road, the cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. A cosy reading nook with a unique pot belly fireplace. Neudorf cottage is a two story building with two bedrooms upstairs and a downstairs bathroom. The stairs were hand built, a little steep so ideally are not suitable for unsupervised toddlers or people with reduced mobility.

Stroll across to our cellar door and taste a wide variety of Heaphy wines and enjoy a meal at North eatery.
