Fire pit Beach day necessities for all ages Shower only Smart TV's in all rooms Mini Split/AC on main level, the 2nd floor can get warm in the summer, there are fans. Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement.
