Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 adults and 2 kids, the cabin features three bedrooms: a king master, a queen room, and a fun bunk room for four children. Enjoy direct lake access with a private dock for swimming and relaxing. New in August 2025, guests can also unwind in our premium four-person cedar barrel sauna, imported from Estonia and equipped with a modern Huum 9kW heater.

Burns Cove cottage is a spacious, fully equipped vacation home. The waterfront location makes it a prime spot to relax, view nature. It’s also a great location to bike/ hike/drive the Lighthouse Route and Rails to Trails. Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Chester and Bridgewater have some amazing local eateries, craft breweries, local wineries and lots of shops. A quick drive to the free ferry ride gets you to the LaHave bakery, crafts, pottery, art galleries and many beaches.

The property is in the heart of one of the South Shore's most picturesque seaside towns. The property is about 1 hour from Halifax and the airport and is walkable to many restaurants, stores, the harbor, and trails. The children's park is steps away, as is the town swimming pool.
