Blockhütte mit eigener Sauna - wie im Baumhaus

Charmante Holzbohlenhütte nahe der Wasserburger Altstadt auf einem wilden Steilhanggrundstück. Mit Miniküche, Mikrowelle/Heißluft/Grill, einem Wasserkocher sowie einem Kühlschrank. Im kleinen Bad gibts eine Dusche und ein WC. Statt des Handwaschbeckens führt eine Türe auf die Sauna-Terrasse. Ausgestattet ist die Hütte mit Elektroheizung und E-Boiler (30l). Die Aussensauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pro Benutzung wird ein Unkostenbeitrag von 20Euro erhoben. Rauchen ist aussen vor der Hütte erlaubt.

Kleines Häuschen im Grünen

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
