We try to offer the truest Canadian experience! 1. Remote: a 22km long lake, 97.5% of it is pure wilderness. 2. Unique: We are the only rental accommodation on the lake. 3. We do live in bear country. 4. Fishing is fantastic! 5. It snows +/- 30 feet of snow in the winter. The only regret you might have... Not booking enough days!

Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Welcome to Eagleview Retreat Guest House. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire guest house (including a completely PRIVATE lower suite) located in an absolutely beautiful area. Fuel, groceries, and spirits are a five minute drive away in Slocan Park.
