In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Meine Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für naturverbundene Paare, Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer, Nichtraucher, Vegetarier, "Gesunde" und Genesene, jedoch nicht für Raucher, Tiere, auch das Anbraten von Fleisch ist nicht erwünscht.
