This completely updated home is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. The 1892 Victorian home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier<2 hours away.

Location! Quaint, with a big personality, I'm located by the water/all the best attractions, ideal for my love of socializing. I boast an updated kitchen to fill my obsession with home cooked meals, and have a couch & TV with streaming if I want to embrace my fondness for a nice night in. I crave organization, and therefore have a place for everything. 0.2 mile: delightful market 1 mile: Waterfront, movies, food, daily public market & boardwalk. UPS, Pt. You will have the entire house and surrounds to enjoy to yourself with privacy and plenty of space to spread out. Mid Century Modern Getaway

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
