The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
