New Build Montlake Studio near University of Washington

Greet the day under a glorious rain shower in the mosaic- and tile-bedecked shower area. Back in the main living space, the many windows and vaulted ceilings ensure plenty of morning light. Privacy is also a given in this bright detached property. There are a lot of windows to bring in the light and sunshine. It is a spacious area with a modern look with all new construction and appliances. It is quiet with quick access to the main road. Extra twin air mattress and pack-n-play available upon request and for an additional $10 each. We are available via text or phone. Nestled in-between the Montlake cut and the Seattle Yacht Club, this studio is near many parks, including the Arboretum, Portage Bay, and Japanese Gardens. Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

The Laurelhurst Cottage

Home away from Home. A quaint cottage located within walking distance of the UW campus, Children's Hospital, and the UW light rail station that will take you to and from the heart of downtown Seattle or SEATAC airport. There are an abundance of restaurants, breweries, and shopping centers within minutes from the Cottage front door. Why not walk to your next Husky sporting event. Located near to the UW nature preserve if you just want to stroll or run by the lake. Close in quiet neighborhood

Latona Guest Suite with Office, A/C and Parking

Experience Seattle oasis living in our in-city, Wallingford neighborhood, newly renovated (completed in Aug. 2017), Mid-century modern, 750 SF, entire ground level Guest Suite. You are 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown Seattle & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have designed the suite with Airbnb guests in mind from Air Conditioning and parking space (both are rare in Seattle), soundproofing/double pane windows, to our super easy private keypad suite access.

The studio is equipped with a compact kitchen for light cooking, and provides a dining/work area, a full bed, a closet armoire, and a 3/4 private bathroom with toilet, sink, and standing shower. It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

University Park Daylight, Mother-in-law, studio

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer.
