We invite you to come the lovely City of Sammamish near Bellevue and Redmond. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Enter to a large living area with a wall of windows backing up to a hidden forest. This property offers two primary bedrooms. Plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Downstairs has fun game room. Lots of privacy. We have video doorbell called The Ring - we only monitor the outdoors with this security camera. RV parking available upon request.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Otter Suite Center of Seattle Great for Families!

The charming Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle is an excellent choice for families with children or anyone who wants a central but safe and quiet location. We're right across the street from the Woodland Park Zoo / playground, and plenty of fantastic kid-friendly restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy-to-find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street which takes you right to Pike's Market.
