Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.

Space created in the downstairs area of our house. The area is completely self-contained - no sharing with anyone else! Lounge/bedroom with separate kitchenette and bathroom. Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
